Questions about ShowJumpingCalendar or the PressPony app, or something not working? Email [email protected]. We usually answer within two working days.

Signing in

Enter your email address and tap Continue with Magiclink. You'll get an email with a link and a 6-digit code. Open the link on the same device or type the code in the app. You can also use a passkey. No email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder.

Notifications

Follow a show to get updates about it. You can switch notifications on or off in the app under the You tab, then Settings and privacy, or in your device's Settings.

Deleting your account

In the app, open the You tab, then Settings and privacy, then Delete account. On the website, sign in and go to Account & Security. Your account is removed for good after 30 days. Signing in before then cancels it.
