ARRIVAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: If arriving by trailer or van, Athletes are required to supply enough 26/11/2025 -help to handle unloading equipment, handling each horse(s) for arrival examination and a driver to leave 11:00 with the vehicle as soon as the trailer contents are unloaded. Trailers and Vans may not be left parked in the arrival area or block the flow of incoming traffic. Athletes are encouraged to drop off equipment and set up stalls after noon the day before the horse inspection. The OC encourages all Athletes horses to arrive by 9:00 AM on Wednesday to allow plenty of time for the Examination on arrival. Unless previous arrangements are made with management and the Veterinary Delegate for an earlier arrival examination, Horses MAY NOT occupy FEI Stalls or enter the FEI compound before Wednesday at 8am. ALL HORSES MUST BE IN FEI SECURE STABLING BEFORE 11:00 AM ON WEDNESDAY TO ENSURE TIME FOR VETERINARY EXAMINATION ON ARRIVAL PRIOR TO HORSE INSPECTION
