Opening times of exercise areas
Schooling rings will be available daily from approximately 8am-5pm, depending on competition hours. A 22/06/2025 -complete schooling ring schedule will be available at the office at the start of each week 17:00

Examination on arrival
Horses competing at the tour must be on-site by Tuesday June 24 unless notice is given to OC of 22/06/2025 acceptable force majeur. All horses must be checked in by the vet PRIOR to entering FEI stabling. If an arrival time has not been confirmed with the office in advance, there will be delays in off-loading your horse. Should temporary stabling outside of FEI be required, additional charges will apply.

Opening of stables
Check in is available June 22 12pm-5pm, June 23 9am-5pm and June 24 9am-5pm. Arrivals outside of 22/06/2025 -those times may not be accommodated, and will be based on veterinary/staff availability. Extra charges 17:00 for arrivals outside of the designated times will apply, CAD $250/horse
