Riders/grooms must have entered the 3 21/07/2026 -days’ temperatures prior to arrival day 20:00 and their self-certification form into the FEI Horse App before arrival. Failure to do so will mean they will be refused entry into the international stables. Please present ONE horse per groom, with boots and rugs off (unless inclement weather), together with the passport. You will be asked to take the temperature of each horse at the veterinary examination so PLEASE bring your own thermometer with you. This reading will then be put into the Horse App by the vet. If you have to substitute any horse, this must be done before arrival through your NF.

ARRIVAL TIMES FOR 21/07/2026 -INTERNATIONAL HORSES: NO 20:00 horses may enter the international stables before 09.00 on Tuesday 21st July. VETS WILL ONLY BE ON SITE TO ADMIT HORSES DURING THE FOLLOWING HOURS: -Tuesday 21st July 09.00 – 20.00, Wednesday 22nd July 08.00 – 13.30. If you have any queries regarding these times, please contact Lizzie in the show office. ALL HORSES MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 13.30 ON THE WEDNESDAY. IF YOU ARRIVE AFTER THIS TIME, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT TO PRESENT THEM AT THE END OF THE HORSE INSPECTION ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN ADMITTED TO THE STABLES. THERE WILL ALSO BE A FEE OF £50 PER HORSE.
