CSI1* athletes have to make their entries for 14/05/2025 -Wednesday 14th May 2025 before 12h30. All 18:00 other days: Athletes have to made their entries every day before 18.00 hrs, changes are possible till one hour before the concerning competition will start.

CSI1* horses must arrive before 11h00 am. All 14/05/2025 -other horses must arrive before 16h00 pm. We 16:00 kindly request the grooms / athletes to arrive spread over the day and not all in the last hour. Upon arrival you must respect and follow the rules of the parking stewards. No Check inn after 16h00 pm.
